How long have you been training in Taekwondo and what got you started?
I have been training for over 10 years. The reason that got me started in Taekwondo was fitness and being able to defend loved ones if needed.
Highlights of your Taekwondo success?
Becoming a black belt and also working hard to become a great instructor.
Describe your first black belt grading and what it took to get you there?
It took months of hard work and fitness building and most of all support from loved ones.
How often do you train? in Taekwondo? Gym? etc

Favourite Taekwondo move or moves?
Most liked Taekwondo move is the side kick.
What are your goals in Taekwondo?
To become a better instructor and to achieve my 4th Degree Black Belt.
Has Taekwondo benefited home life? If so, in what way?
Yes, in many ways. I have more respect for people and more control of my actions and so much more self confidence.

Best advice you can give someone training and wishing to start training in Taekwondo?
If you want self confidence in life and in achieving your goals Taekwondo is one of the best way of getting this.
What other activities apart from Taekwondo do you enjoy?
Fitness, motor bike riding, canooing and fishing, water skiing.
Favourite movie(s) and why?
The Last Samurai because of my beliefs and someone standing up for what is right and their heart felt feelings no matter what the outcome is.
Favourite food?
Chocolate.
With regards to Taekwondo where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
Becoming a great instructor and student.
