Too many times I have witnessed a new student training and have noticed that they go too hard too early. I always recommend the healthy approach to training, which allows a new student to weave the activity more seamlessly into their everyday lives. After time and when practice becomes an integral part of their lifestyle, they are less likely to stop, give up or burn out. The key is simple: steady and continual development that will continually challenge the student will almost certainly offer a student a sustainable future in martial arts or any chosen discipline they choose.
So work hard on your technique, eat healthy and enjoy the benefits of a sustainable training schedule that allows you to achieve good results.
