Introduction into inward chop, side punch, side kick
— Inward chop is at face height and slight angle, other hand fist on chest.
— Side punch comes from the hip. Body is aligned to the punch. Elbow strike behind
— Before execution of a side kick, line up with your target using the heel of the foot. At the end of the technique, you will need to be able to see your heel (so your shoulder, hip and heel should be in line)
