Introduction to palm strike, downward knife hand, turning kick, elbow strike
— When students perform palm strike conclusion – ANGLED.
— Students need to use both hands to develop speed and power.
— Correct demonstration of side kick
— Step on the centre line to turn after the spear finger
— Make sure the turning kick has the foot back and parallel
— When performing the two turning kicks – you start in knife hand guarding, close your hands into guarding, perform the kicks and land at the end in knife hand guarding again, foot parallel, toes back.
