How long have you been training in Taekwondo? and what got you started?
I started training at United Taekwondo in August 2017 as a form of excercise I could enjoy with my family.

Describe your first black belt grading, and what it took to get you there
- Additional training at home
- Visiting other training sessions
- Doing advanced training with Master Paul
How often do you train? in Taekwondo? Gym? etc
I train in Taekwondo 3-4 days per week.
What are your personal goals in Taekwondo?
- Planking for 10 mins
- Achieving my 4th Dan Black Belt

Best advice you can give someone training and wishing to start training in Taekwondo?
- Repetition is the mother of all learning.
- Starting taekwondo – focus on strength, balance and stretching. Also focus on the three main tools to becoming a well-rounded martial artist – technique, technique and technique.
What other activities apart from Taekwondo do you enjoy?
- Surfing
- Dirt bike riding
- Enduro riding – 2 hours – 70 km
Favourite food?
Steak, salad and a couple of hot chips on my plate.
