What to Expect?
Online Training Sessions
In this video series you will train with dedicated Taekwondo Instructors who will guide you through warm-ups and martial arts drills to increase speed, focus and balance. Additionally, we will be working on strength, conditioning, effective combinations and fine tuning your forms. Finally, a great training session needs a core workout followed by stretching. You will feel that you have never missed a lesson if you are a current member, or you can’t wait for your first live lesson if you haven’t joined yet!
Private Lesson via Zoom
You will receive a 15 minute private lesson with Master Paul. With over 40 years experience in martial arts he can critique you and your family’s patterns, kicks, or sparring moves – whatever you need! All we need to do is organise a time and day that is suitable for both parties. It’s that simple!
Detailed Report via Email
Upload a video of your pattern, a kick you want fixed or a sparring combo that you’d like looked at. There is nothing Master Paul can’t fix! He’ll give you a detailed report showing you what you need to work on or change. You will be able to keep a record of your assessments as you progress through your training.
This training regime will enable you to maintain your current ability and get to work with some of our finest Taekwondo Instructors Australia wide. If you are new to the program, we hope that you will enjoy being a part of United Taekwondo. The training you receive from our instructors will help you physically and mentally get through the challenging times in your life.
